**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project managers in organizing ongoing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. **Duties:** - Assist project managers in all aspects of project coordination - Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information - Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise - Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met - Assist in budget management and cost control - Participate in meetings and take detailed minutes **Skills:** - Excellent time management skills - Proficiency in Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and other construction management software - Knowledge of construction estimating and HeavyBid software - Ability to read and interpret build schematics - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects in a dynamic environment.
